I think this setup is great for our current community. Everyone on every level can get something out of this tourney setup. I hope we keep the pool play+am bracket+Pro Bracket. We will have to see the issue with it at the end and see if we can improve it tho.

I really like the AM bracket idea for those who didn't get past pool play. I liked the idea of pool play and paying if you advance. Overall, I think it turned out great!

wish pool play was a little faster but other than that i think this tournament is a has a genious design.

I can't think of a better way to make am teams more happy in a tournament. Really, it makes every skill level happy and if we can continue to field 16+ teams, we should run this format from now on.

Only problem i have is some of the teams who just split up after loosing once.. format wise and running it wise is pretty good.. i know yall can't control the teams.. i just wish everyone saw teams and teammates the way i do.. and not just only wanting to win..

More people should've posted that they were confused. but seriously, it's so unfortunate that teams are splitting up now, just prior to bracket play.
i have something in mind, but i'm not gonna post it here. perhaps in the suggestion box tonight.....

Yeah, alot of people tried to throw a team together right before the tourney, without ever having played with their 4 person team. XceL formed up just in time to make the tourney, and rushed to do it. The four person team we signed up with has never played 1 custom together, even up to this point. In our tourney match, we subbed Shammas in for Reputed.
A few teams were rushed and didn't know what they were getting into with teammates. And now that I've had some more time, we've got our 4 that we're comfortable with (still have yet to scrim with our 4, but I'm more confident it will work).

Infamous will be continuing in the tournament. We have 2 of the 3 the previous team members from the last tournament, and I'm pretty sure me and Boo will be playing the rest of the tournament.
